Our Core N More class focuses on strengthening your core muscles while improving functional movement and reducing the risk of injury. You’ll perform exercises that target both specific muscle groups (like crunches) and integrate various movements (like standing balance).

Our indoor cycling classes, led by experienced instructors, offer a fun and challenging workout. Choose from the stable Lemond RevMaster or the dynamic RealRyder, which simulates outdoor cycling.

Mat Pilates, developed by Joseph Pilates, combines strength training and flexibility to improve your overall fitness. This low-impact workout is suitable for all fitness levels and ages. Pilates can help improve your posture, balance, coordination, and mental well-being.

Join us for a relaxing meditation session. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, this class offers a quiet space to calm your mind and body. We’ll explore various meditation techniques and provide time for questions and sharing. Bring a cushion or blanket for comfort.

Our flexibility class offers a full-body stretch using a mat, straps, and roller. Choose between floor or chair options to find the best fit for your needs. Increase your flexibility and overall mobility with this class.

TOTAL BODY

Build lean muscle and tone your body.

Our Total Body Strength class combines light to moderate weights with upbeat music and expert instruction to deliver an effective and enjoyable workout. Target all major muscle groups and improve your overall strength and fitness in this 55-minute class.

TRX

Build strength, balance, and core stability.

Inspired by Navy SEAL training, Suspension Training uses the TRX® Suspension Trainer to leverage your body weight and gravity for a challenging and effective workout. This versatile tool offers hundreds of exercises suitable for all fitness levels, helping you build strength, improve balance, and enhance core stability.

TRX BOOTCAMP

Take your TRX® workout to the next level.

Our TRX® Advanced class builds upon our regular TRX® class by incorporating body weight and weighted exercises into challenging circuits. Get a more intense full-body workout and push your limits with this advanced class.

YOGA

Enhance flexibility, balance, and strength.

Our yoga classes offer a balanced blend of standing, seated, and supine poses, designed to improve your physical and mental well-being. Practice poses at your own pace, focusing on proper alignment and breath to increase flexibility, balance, and strength.

ZUMBA

Zumba® is a high-energy dance workout that combines Latin and World rhythms for a fun and effective calorie-burning experience. With a mix of low and high-intensity moves, Zumba® is suitable for all fitness levels.

ABC's

Improve agility, balance, coordination, and strength.

Our Senior Wellness class is designed to help seniors maintain their range of motion and quality of life. Through a variety of large and small movements, this class provides a full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels. No equipment needed.
