We Know You Like Options

That’s why we have given you over 30 classes a week to choose from. When you are a member, they are included. These classes will either relax you (ahh Yoga), get your heart rate up (Cycle, anyone?) or prove to you that you are stronger than you think (try BODYPUMP ™ or TRX Suspension Training ®, we dare you). Our classes are built for all levels, all the time. Our talented instructors will welcome and encourage you to go at your own pace. Whether it is setting the right seat height in Cycle, or modifying a pose in Pilates, our team will respect your limitations while empowering you with what you can accomplish. But be forewarned – you might just get hooked.

Pilates, or The Pilates Method, is known for a “mind-body” approach to fitness.  This discipline is appropriate for many fitness levels, from the novice to the athlete, because of its ability to be modified based on the strength of the client.

Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move.

ABC's

ABC's

A class designed to help seniors with Agility, Balance, Coordination and Strength. Working on large and small movements which will allow for a full body workout that is able to be completed by all fitness levels.

Do you only play well with others?


We got you covered…

5 classes for $45.  A onetime $15 membership card fee applies with the first purchase of classes. This does not mean we charge extra for classes. This membership is for the folks that only want to take a class and never plan to touch a treadmill, Reformer, or dumbbell (outside the context of a class).


What you get: The opportunity to join over 30 classes a week to use as you please, i.e. your pass will not expire in a given period of time. Oh, and access to the restroom and locker room facilities, because that’s important. No main gym floor use is permitted for Group Exercise members, please see individual memberships if you are interested in full access.
